  The mission of the U.S. Coast Guard Auxiliary Air Station Caldwell, Flotilla 10-20 is:
  • to promote Auxiliary Aviation as a vital component of the overall Coast Guard mission
  • to leverage our resources in the most efficient, effective and innovative way to deliver superior level of support, assistance and service to the United States Coast Guard in achieving all elements of marine safety and homeland security
  • to identify and provide the methods which will allow our members to attain their full potential in patriotic service to this great nation
  • to understand that our members are our number one resource, and endeavor to educate, train and develop their functional, leadership, and mangement skills to the highest levels
In all that we do, we will be professional in our day to day interaction with others and in the performance of our missions.
